Loomis Landing
A newly constructed custom residence purchased prior to occupancy and completely rebuilt by its new owners, Loomis Landing reflects a decisive transformation toward refined modern living.
Shauna was commissioned to introduce layered decorative finishes that elevate the architecture while maintaining a restrained palette.
In the dining room and adjoining bar, a floating ceiling was finished in antiqued silver leaf, casting a soft metallic glow and adding dimension overhead.
The primary bedroom was enveloped in a custom blush-toned lime wash, creating a serene yet sensual atmosphere through subtle movement and depth.
In the master bath water closet, a bronze faux-finished ceiling gives way to custom resin drips infused with fine glitter — an unexpected, artful moment within an otherwise quiet space.
The kitchen backsplash was meticulously enhanced with hand-painted faux marble veining, correcting inconsistencies in color and pattern to achieve a more harmonious and intentional composition.
The result is a contemporary interior defined by contrast — soft and sculptural, refined yet expressive — where decorative artistry enhances architectural form.
