Elk Grove Estate

A 13,000-square-foot private residence designed for presence and refinement. Collaborating closely with the homeowners, Shauna developed the decorative finish direction to complement custom furnishings crafted abroad, thoughtfully curating materials and tone to ensure  cohesion throughout the estate.

From hand-glazed strié cabinetry in both kitchens to gilded domes, wood- grained architectural millwork, and metallic plaster ceilings, each finish was selected and executed to embody restraint within grandeur — allowing the home to feel rich, luminous, and enduring without excess.
